Our Spanish department headed by Inmaculada González advises on all areas of Intellectual Property, including clearance, prosecution and enforcement of any kind of IP right. We offer extensive experience in dealing with trademarks, designs, patents, utility models, plant varieties, IP licencing, technology transfer and copyright issues, as well as in unfair competition matters, data protection, e-commerce and entertainment law. Inmaculada González is also an experienced litigator and has handled numerous IP infringement and invalidation proceedings before the Spanish Courts, as well as opposition proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
