Michael Thewlis is a Paralegal at BomhardIP, where he handles all types of EUIPO proceedings as well as international registrations.
He did his undergraduate studies in Humanities at the University of Brighton followed by an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation at the University of Alicante (Magister Lvcentinvs).
Before joining BomhardIP, Michael joined the Knowledge & Information Service (KIS) at the EUIPO Boards of Appeal as part of a one-year traineeship followed by a brief three-month spell covering a paternity leave at another law firm in Alicante.
In addition to his native English, Michael is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, going to concerts, playing tennis, and playing the piano/keyboard.
