Aurora Franco, a member of our launching team, is one of our Senior Paralegals. She has vast expertise in the handling of EU trade marks, International Registrations, and Spanish trade marks. She assists with various matters related to trade mark and designs, including all kinds of proceedings before the EUIPO, WIPO and Spanish PTO; conducting research related to trademark availability and maintenance, as well as with trade mark and design portfolio management. She also handles the BomhardIP database.
Apart from her native Spanish, Aurora is fluent in English, has a professional working proficiency of German, and a good command of French.
