Remedios Amorós

Remedios Amorós is Of Counsel for the Spanish department at BomhardIP. She has over 13 years of experience advising both startups and multinationals in the prosecution and enforcement of their Intellectual Property rights. She is experienced in unfair competition cases, domain name dispute resolutions, and dealing with IP issues arising in the context of new technologies.

Remedios holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Alicante and a Certificate in American Law and Intellectual Property Law by U.C. Berkeley. She teaches Mercantile Law to first-year students at Universidad Miguel Hernandez in Alicante / Elche. She is an active member of the Berkeley Global Society.

Prior to joining BomhardIP, Remedios was an associate at a prestigious law firm in Spain and subsequently a co-founder and partner at a Spanish boutique firm.

She is focused on consumer products, fashion, food and beverage, personal care and cosmetics, the music industry, and the toy sector.

Besides her native Spanish, Remedios is fluent in English and Italian.

When she is not working, you can find her hiking, listening to opera music, or eating carbonara.
