Sergio joined BomhardIP as an associate as from March 2026, having previously worked with the firm for 18 months, first as a trainee, and then as a paralegal. He handles any kind of trademark and design procedures and advises clients on availability of trademarks and dispute resolution.
Sergio is admitted to the Spanish Bar and has taken all necessary hurdles for being accredited as a Spanish Patent and Trademark Agent, having previously studied a double degree in Law and Criminology and obtained a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation (Magister Lvcentinvs), both at the University of Alicante.
He is fluent in Spanish (native), English, Valencian and is continuously improving his French.
In his free time, he enjoys doing all kinds of sports, especially martial arts.
