Eva Büchner is a Senior Associate at BomhardIP. She advises on EU trademark and design law with a particular focus on handling and resolving complex proceedings before the EUIPO. She has comprehensive experience in prosecuting and enforcing well-known trademarks as well as in finding efficient and sensible solutions to complex, cross-border IP conflicts. She also provides strategic advice on the development and protection of trademark portfolios including advice on multijurisdictional trademark clearances.
Eva obtained her law degree from Munich University and is admitted to the bar in Germany. She furthermore studied 1,5 years at the Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris in France where she obtained the French degree “Maîtrise en Droit mention Droit Européen (Master of Laws)”. She relocated to Alicante to join BomhardIP in late 2025 after gaining experience at a Munich-based internationally renowned IP Boutique, in an inhouse position, and at a German litigation firm.
Besides her native German, she is fluent in English and proficient in French and Spanish.
In her free time, Eva is a passionate skier, hiker and kitesurfer.
