Daria Stajer

Daria is a Jurist and Paralegal at BomhardIP. She handles multijurisdictional trade mark clearance and portfolio management and is also involved in contentious trade mark and domain name matters.

She studied law at Jagiellonian University in Cracow and the University of Seville and obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), co-organized by the Max Planck Institute of Intellectual Property.

Before joining BomhardIP, she gained practical experience in IP working in the International Cooperation and Legal Affairs department of the EUIPO.

Daria is a native Polish speaker and fluent in English. She also has a good command of Spanish.
