Daria Stajer

Daria is an Associate at BomhardIP. She handles all kinds of trade mark and design proceedings before the EUIPO and generally advises and assists our clients in the field of EU trade mark and design law. Daria has particular experience in multijurisdictional trade mark clearance and EU trade mark portfolio management.

Daria is a qualified Trade Mark Attorney (Republic of Ireland). She studied law at Jagiellonian University in Cracow and the University of Seville and obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), co-organized by the Max Planck Institute of Intellectual Property.

Before joining BomhardIP, she gained practical experience working in the International Cooperation and Legal Affairs department of the EUIPO.

Daria is a native Polish speaker and fluent in English. She also has a good command of Spanish.
