Bomhard IP attended OHIM’s Annual Key User Event

On 29 and 30 October 2015, Bomhard IP’s senior paralegals Encarna Soto and Christina Prehn attended OHIM’s Annual Key User Event.

During the Annual key user event, OHIM provided inter alia interactive sessions on CTM formalities and proceedings with experts from its Operations Department and a presentation on how to make classification more efficient using the Harmonised Database.

Bomhard IP has been one of OHIM’s key users since 13 March 2015, not even two weeks after its launch on 1 March 2015. With its key user program, OHIM establishes a closer cooperation with its busiest users. This allows Bomhard IP to be in constant contact with OHIM. Part of this program is the commitment to electronic communication. Bomhard IP files 100% of its CTM and RCD applications electronically, which ensures greater safety and certainty in transactions with OHIM and allows for a paperless working environment.
