Paula Cerrillo is a Paralegal and Jurist at BomhardIP, where she handles all types of EU trade mark and design proceedings, as well as trade mark searches in multiple jurisdictions. In addition, she also assists in proceedings before the Spanish PTO and WIPO.
She studied a double degree in Law and in Political Science and Public Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as at the Université de Montréal and the Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne. She then completed a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law at UNIR, where she has now also started her Master’s Degree for admission to the Spanish bar.
Before joining BomhardIP, Paula gained practical experience as a trainee in the IP, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting departments in both the public and private sectors, focusing on IP law in the fashion world.
In addition to her native Spanish, she is fluent in English and French and proficient in Italian.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys travelling, photography, fashion and boxing.
