Patricia Petersen Simón

Patricia is a paralegal at BomhardIP, where she is in charge of EU trademark and design proceedings before the EUIPO, trademark portfolio management as well as multi-jurisdictional trademark prosecution.

Before joining BomhardIP, she worked as an executive assistant and in quality management in large industrial corporations including the automotive industry. Subsequently, she joined the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights of the EUIPO coordinating publications and studies related to Intellectual Property.

Patricia has a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Alicante and is a sworn translator and interpreter. Later, she set her mind on IP and studied the Magister Lvcentinvs, LL.M. Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation at the same university.

Patricia is bilingual Spanish-German and fluent in English.

In her free time, she enjoys food, nature and spending time with her family and friends. She is also passionate about motor racing and horse riding.
