Davina is a Paralegal at BomhardIP, where she handles all kinds of proceedings relating to EU trademarks and designs, as well as trademarks clearance and portfolio management.
Before joining BomhardIP, she already gained experience with Industrial Property protection through working at the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) for several years.
Davina studied Translation and Interpreting in Alicante and Rome, where she specialized in the field of law. She also holds a Master’s degree in Dubbing and Subtitling.
Besides her native Spanish, Davina is fluent in English, French and Italian, and is currently learning German.
In her free time, she enjoys Nature, spending time with her family, singing and dancing.
