Monique Rachow is an Associate at BomhardIP. She has particular experience in multijurisdictional trade mark clearance and EU trade mark portfolio management and handles all kinds of trade mark and design proceedings before the EUIPO.
Monique studied business law and holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law. Furthermore, she has successfully completed the exams for admission as a registered trade mark attorney in Ireland, as well as a specialized legal course for German IP attorneys.
Before joining BomhardIP, Monique gained practical experience through various traineeships and worked in the Alicante office of an international law firm specialized in European trade marks as a legal assistant.
In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English and is currently improving her Spanish.
